I will help you see yourself more clearly.
Believe it not, most of us don’t see ourselves very clearly and why it’s so important. Accurate self-awareness in employees and leaders is correlated with organizational effectiveness and profitability, and people prefer to follow leaders who see themselves clearly. When we work together, I’ll first explore how others see you, look at key themes and occurrences to further understand what your key strengths and growth areas are. I will help you build skills so you can see yourself more clearly and open your mind to the way you think of yourself, help you understand your strengths, where you need to grow, and learn to see yourself with balanced eyes.
Understand others better
Many leaders hit a stumbling block and are held back because of their misunderstandings and judgements of those around them. This can lead to high-performing employees leaving because they don’t recognize and support their capabilities, or keep under achievers too long because they think they’re better than they are. I will give you the skills so you can see a more neutral and accurate assessment of those around you than you will, so can propel your team, yourself and your business positively and effectively.
Learn new frameworks and ways to evolve.
We all have a level of capability which got us to a certain stage, including habitual ways to respond and communicate — both of which need upgrading in order to progress. I will help you look holistically of where you are now, where you want to be and what you need to learn, do and continually work on in order to get to the next level. Each session we will assess where you are, and I’ll give you new toolkits and frameworks to use evolve, week by week.
Evolve your existing strengths and passions.
Quite often we underestimate and are unaware of our own strengths and skills that come naturally and they may be strengths that no-one else in the organisation has. I help you identify and see the value of your ‘unique selling points’ and attributes, and essentially learn how to confidently embrace them so they can make both the team and business more effective.
Form better relationships.
Many leaders unfortunately limit their potential by sub consciously gravitating towards and building relationships with certain kinds of people – quite often people like themselves (in terms of up bringing, race, gender, values or leadership style). I will help you explore your work relationships, communication styles to ensure you are fully self-aware of the good, the bad and the ugly. I will also help you open your mind and question any potential limiting beliefs and offer you framework to help you understand how to create strong and vital working relationships with all levels of your workplace.
Evolve and reach your goals
At the end of the day, I am here to ensure you have a clear understanding of your goals and dreams — essentially what you really want in life and then we put a plan in place about what you’re going to do to get there. Think of me as your qualified advisor and support system, who gets to know you well and wants the best for you — but completely unbias. I’ll be truthful with you in every session about your progress, relooking at your wants and needs and evacuating what t you’re doing that’s supporting your intentions — or indeed causing a road block. Ultimately the most helpful your coach can teach you new ways of thinking and operating, new skills that will allow you to better reach your goals and create the career you want.
